What the Buzz?
ONLINE LEARNING! - That's the buzz!!! At some point in time from elementary to college level, students are being exposed to some kind of online learning for their class. For this reason educators, parents and students alike need to be informed on all the ways that online learning can be created. There are asynchronous, synchronous and blended formats. Asynchronous is strictly all online learning and caters to the individual student's pace with no real face to face time. Synchronous is real time learning which students are present at the same time, so basically face to face learning time. Hybrid or blended learning is a mixture of both asynchronous and synchronous. So students have the online stuff as well as the occasional face to face time.
